How to register
Please use the printed registration form or register online through the meeting website. Please note that the registration form is to be used to register one participant only. Will be accepted only registration with copy of payment. A regular invoice will be sent as a confirmation of registration.
Cancellation of registration
Cancellation will be accepted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat until March 31th, 2009. A refund of 50% of the total fee remitted will be made. There will be no refunds for cancellation received after that date. All refunds will be made after the meeting.
Social dinner
The social dinner will be held on Friday, May 29. The cost is Euro 88,00 (VAT included). For the social dinner reservation use the printed registration form or register online through the meeting website.
Hotel reservation
Centro Italiano Congressi has reserved a limited number of rooms at special prices in hotels near congress venue.
Accomodation form can be downloaded here.
For the Hotel Reservation, please send the form not later than January 20th,2009 together with the deposit for the first night plus agency fee of euro 25,00.
After this date reservation will be accepted according to the availability. Only guaranteed reservations (with payment) will be accepted. The deposit will be deducted from the final hotel bill when paid by the partecipant at the hotel.
Free communications and Video Session
Free communications and videos regarding the main topics treated during the Congress, are scheduled on 28-29 May 2009.
Please use the on-line abstract submission form, accessible through
the congress website www.endometriosisroma.org.
All abstract must be submitted in English, and by e-mail to vincecampo@libero.it (Scientific Secretariat) not later than April 10, 2009.
Abstract received after this deadline cannot be considered.
Do not send abstract by fax or by post.
Each partecipant can present ONLY ONE paper. Abstracts will be accepted only if a registration form and fee are received by Centro Italiano Congressi.
Acceptance of abstracts
Authors will be notified in April 2009 wheter their abstract has been accepted and the date, time and form of their presentation. The final Programme will be published on the meeting web site by the end of April.
Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance will be available on request at the registration desk.
Continuing Medical Education Credits
The Organizing Secretariat has applied to the Continuing Medical Education Council for accreditation of the Congress.
